2026 Price Guide
The contractor is responsible for flushing of fillings and blocking under valves. Call for price on HDPE or PCCP (concrete cylinder pipe). Stainless tapping sleeve and gate valve are provided – valve box NOT included. If the job is more than 75 miles from Annandale, MN, add $3.50 per mile for each additional mile to and from the job site. This is a price guide. Some cities have special requirements. We need to be notified if the job is AIS or BABA required. December, January, and February add 10% as Winter Work applies.
